STA's process for client engagements is consistent with its SEE. TRANSFORM. ACT approach. The process is a repeatable cycle that uncovers ever more accurate information about both the market and your organization with each revolution.

- First, we begin by helping clients to understand the market in which they operate. This understanding leads to a strong strategic approach to branding and marketing.
- Second, we help clients to review their own internal capabilities/resources and build the marketing plan.
- In the third phase, marketing tactics are executed.
- Fourth, post-op analysis is conducted to gather knowledge and assess results. Acquired knowledge feeds the creation of a more accurate view of both the marketplace and internal performance, and the cycle restarts.
